### Date & Time Management Principles

* **Operating System Time**: The server OS time is set to UTC.
* **Scheduler Reference**: Nodeum's scheduler uses UTC for time references. Automatic conversions to local time are managed by the application.
* **Web Console Time**: Nodeum Web Console operates using the browser's local time.
