Failover Procedure - One Site

Consideration

1. Nodeum has been erased or alterated

2. Configuration in Nodeum has been erased or alterated

3. Caching Disk is not impacted.

Prerequesites

Step 1 :

Activate the backup feature, then the backup is done in a regular basis (defined during the backup configuration). Be careful to export this backup.

Step 2 :

Move the generated backup to external devices.

In case of failure

Step 1 : Reinstall Nodeum from scratch in using the last Ansible packages

Step 2 : Copy the generated backup into a folder in Nodeum server.

Step 3 : Restore the backup in using the appropriated procedure.

Step 4 : The server is now back online.
